Delivery varies based upon many factors including time of year and item ordered.
Specialty items may take aditional time to manufacture and deliver.

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We do not use Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and credit card numbers are not stored on our servers.
Your photos are available for 30 days from the date the photo was taken.
After that time period, the photos are removed from all servers and are no longer available online.
In rare instances, you may have purchased your photo on site, but in shows up online with a watermark. If you purchased single digital image, please use the left and right arrows to look through all the photos. Your photo may be there, but it may not be the first image. If you had multiple tickets, please check both tickets to see if both tickets were combined to one ticket. If you're still having issues, please contact us for help.
